I have these big dreams of making a skillshare class

for professionals and professional aspiring students to teach how to implement breaks for creativity to decrease stress and in the long term prevent chronic inflammatory ailments.

yesssssss you read that right.

Enjoy the weekend

Bridge

One of my favorite pictures and spots to visit along the coast.
I look at this rocky arch of the earth and see two paths,
One over the arch, rocky yet smooth with a view.
I look below,
there’s the path I usually love to take. The waves crash here often.
This rocky path with depth mystery and finally the gratifying tunnel of a hole to the other side.
Under the arch of a bridge of rock, the depths await you.

In the darkness,

meet the shadow,

wrestle it and see what hides?

Mysterious wisdom!

This treasure of wisdom requires some inner exploration.
Digging
and reflection will be your companions.

some observation.

what do you notice within you, around you? what will you find?

At the end of this “mini adventure” maybe you will find a gem that sparkles

the truth.

the journey to that gem

is a refining one

anyone can easily give up

( love this song)

zone out… zoom out

and take the light smooth path above.

and take a break from the depth of it all

be superficial

there is no harm in that sometimes.

Bridges are special.

I gravitate to them.

I admire them.

As I am always seeking to bridge 2 talents together.

Or link 2 passions together with enthusiasm.

Yet often I am juggling one or the other.

It would be easy right to just integrate and collaborate.

just sharing some thoughts inspired by bridge.

Hope you enjoyed the scenery.

Your eyes traveling to places of my memories.

the Nature, the magic and the wonder all come together so well in these photo graphs.

hi virtual world….

Photo by Ben Mack on Pexels.com

after a pandemic

I learned a few silly things.

I was already connecting virtually before the pandemic …

(through zoom,lives,online webinars,virtual classes,online sessions etc.)

and it was joyful, expansive and liberating to be beauty behind the scenes.

yet as soon as the pandemic started

,all locally in person experiences became virtual.

there was a big mis balance.

I became zoom fatigued and overwhelmed.!

I weaned my self off facebook…opps ! now known as meta.

Youtube content creators, few I had been already following ,some have become a sort of virtual community

and Instagram became my outlet of communication to the virtual world.

Yet

I mindfully chose to connect or disconnect.II narrowed down my follower list to a number i can handle

and took the app of my phone!

When i do log on to instagram it is to share my artistic expression, reply to a few DMs and log out again to remove the app from my phone.

Social media already overwhelms me to be in communication everyday is a bit too much after 5-10 days.

I learned this from participating in the 100 day project since 2019.

I got the chance to deeply connect to my art

my creativity

and my profession.

all of which are in a process of renovation.

Yes.

for a long time friends asked me to share my story.

for a while I did not have words

there were so many emotions swirling around

,so much shadow hiding a sort of joyful giggling light at that time.

the emotions are much better now.

Or

my community of hearts has shared tools I can use.

of course in this time I found skillshare very helpful to brush up creative skills and flirtations.

I found few online interview series comforting.

There were some online group challenges I did enjoy too.

Currently I am dabbling with NaNowrimo
